construction company doing manufacturing activities

I had a Pvt limited construtikn company....now I am interested in doing manufacturing activities....can i do the same using the same company name...! ..the company's GST is in AP whereas the manufacturing plant is in Maharashtra ...what are GST consequences?

If you are opening in Maharastra, then seperate GST Registration in the state of Maharastra has to be taken. As GST has to be taken in all states where you have place of business

If you want take Registration in Other States then You ll be register other State as New Registration...

If you want start a branch in Same State then no need registration. You just add it additional place of business....
