Can Construction company issue the C-Forms to suppliers for purchase of Steel, Cement, Marbles and other building materials?

If goods which you are purchasing are covered in the registration certificate then you can issue C form for tht goods as per sec 8(1)(b).
Dear Sir,
I am working in a construction company and we issue "C form" to the supplier of Construction Material and Store Consumable on Quaterly Basis.
