Sir,

Today I have submitted online form for getting service tax registration certificate for my Sole Properitership Firm. They have demanded the following documents in support of registration for service tax:

1. Copy of PAN card of applicant

2. Proof of address

3. Constitution of Applicant at the time of filing an application for Service Tax Registration

I want to know about the point no.3. What is this ? From where I can get the same as soon as possible. Please help me out to understand the same.

Mr. supremo,

for Proprietorship PAN of the proprietor is sufficient for determing the constitution of the applicant. so dont worry.

it means for firms partnerhsipd deed, for companeis MOA & AOA.

In case of  properitorship Firm you may Submit registration certificate of Your Firm

For 3, you need to submit a copy of trade licence.
