Consolidation of financial statemnt
Dear sir,
I have a query regarding consolidation of financial statements as per AS-21/23/27 :-
I.e,
suppose A Ltd Hold 60% share in B Ltd till 10th march 2016 and on 11th March, A Ltd sold all share held in B Ltd (therefore on 31th March 2016, A Ltd dosent hold any share in B Ltd), so whether A Ltd still need to consolidate its account with B Ltd for FY 15-16. because at the end of FY 15-16, there is no relation of Holding subsidiary between A Ltd and B Ltd.??????????

Assuming the investment was in existance from 1/4/15 to 10/3/16, P&L consolidation will be done. BS will not be consolidated as on Mar 31,16.
