Yes, you can raise consolidated supplementary invoice.

No cosolided invoice can be issued as per the Proviso under rule 46, read with clause (f) of sub section 3 of section 31, the registered person can issue consolidated invoice at the end of the month for supplies covered under section 9(3) & 9(4)
so any services reced. under RCM at the end of month one consolidate invoice can be issue for all such services

NO, CANNOT,.... THERE IS NO PROVISION IN GST TO ISSUE SUPPLEMENTARY INVOICE .
