No other way. Only way is to d/l the file. Once again check all the inputs patiently. Definitly we might commit the mistake, because the computers are never commit any mistakes.

If everything else dosent work you might consider contacting the TIN NSDL people. They can help you out. May be the Challan Inputs got deleted when the previous consultants entered the Details of deposit as " Book Entry" because if its book entry then there is no need of Challan details. As Mr. Kanagaraj said try once again.

Dear Sir,

                    One best method is, first go to e-tds/tcs fling page. Give your TAN and appropriate PR number.  In the table there will be challan count displayed. Click on the challan count it will be blue colour. The Display shows you no of dedutees for each challan. In any challan match the individual dedutee amount with challan amount. Again do for second challan use former for CHALLAN details and later for deductee details. Now you can get in attempt.
