Conpanies act 2013 ipcc
Can anyone pls inform me about the relevant sections for ipcc may 2015 attempt of new companies act 2013???

New sections & new rules notified upto 30th september 2014 wil be applicable for may'15. So almost the entire new companies act wil be applicable for may'15 exam, both for ipcc & final, in there respective portions.
