removed from factory 17.01.2014 assessable value and tariff rate as on 17.01.2014 respectively 200000 and 8% sold these good from ex Mumbai depot on 15.02.2014 assessable value and tariff rate as on 15.02.2014 respectively 250000 and 14% please advise correct value and rate.

In your question assessable value and tariff rate of 17.01.2014 ex depot shall be considered. CBEC circular passed on same issue
