Confusion on incorporating a Pvt ltd Company or an LLP

I am a bit confused whether I should incorporate a Private Ltd Company or an LLP
can you pls guide me on this?

wherein NRI shall invest

If it is trading and investment then its best to incorporate LLP,
becoz it some advantages of LMT company

but i didn't get that 2nd line
