if husband-wife are having salary income and wife already have housing loan interest, so she does not need to take deduction of 80U.
can her husband claim 80DD, in spite of wife having enough income.
what are the requirements to claim 80DD? is there any problem??

DEDUCTION U/S 80DD IS IN RESPECT OF MEDICAL TREATMENT OF DEPENDED HANDICAP. MAYBE IN U R CASE YOU CANNOT CLAIM THIS DEDUCTION
