humm lagta hai nov ki xam k late fee lene k liye le log aisa kar rahe hai so tat v cnt submit forms till 7...

 

n i tink aisa hai nah k 7th tak toh delhi pocah jana chaie??

 I dont think if they are having some problem y dont dey release it publicly by notification in the institute web page..

n y r dey fooling us around and just playing wid our emotions...

kabhi 2p.m. to kabhi 9p.m. ,6 a.m bhi n ab to announcements ko khud pe bhi sharam aane laga hoga...
