My client is owner of Laboratory developing digital photos. These digital photos are taken through enlarged printer operated by Computer & Software. For the device used ( Printer ) - What Rate of Depreciation as per Income Tax Rules 1962 is apllicable to be charged.
printer is a part of computer system. printer can not operate without the computer system. thrfr, rate will be of computer i. e. 60%.
