Dear All,
I m much confused about Applying in Tan No.
I need to apply tan no for Sole proprietorship. Now i confuse about two things
1) tan no should be apply on proprietorhip firm name or on proprietor name.
2) difficult to find AO code ..
Please help me regarding for same
