Doing CA with LLB or with MBA (F).
I would go with LLB with CA rather than MBA with CA.
But the best combination would depend on the type of work you want to be involved in.
YOU HAVE ONE MORE OPTION C.A. WITH C.S. I THINK IT IS THE BEST COMBINATION

It mainly depends on your longterm goals, means it depends on whether u want to go for practice or Job or some other diversified fileds...
I M ALSO IN FAVOUR OF DOING CA WITH MBA FINANCE. IT WILL ADD SOME VALUABLE IMPRESSION IN YOUR CAREER.

Please concentrate on CA instead of MBA Becase you need to do MBA from top ten B-schools than only you will have more value. & for getting seat in top ten B-schools you need to work hard for preparation for CAT
My personal suggestion is better to work hard in CA it will more help for your growth instead of doing MBA from other than B-schools
everyone will tell you according their view.. ask yourself....i which field you have interest...and go for that
if you want to do practice,LLB is beter, for Job purpose MBA finance is beter option
