Confirmation of Online e-return of INCOME TAX acknowledgement
In some of the cases of online filing of e-return of INCOME TAX to CPC Bangalore but no confirmation received so we have filed twice and even thrice the acknowledgement but still no confirmation received for this purpose we make a call to help centre announced on mail they replied the following for rejecting the acknowledgements
1. Signatures are made by Blank Ink not acceptable.
2. Second copy recd by CPC after 60 Days.
3. Duplicate copy written on acknowledgement is not acceptable despite of message from CPC that you can file another copy of the acknowledgement by mentioning duplicate and properly attested copy.
Now they have suggested that Mail dent by CPC was wrongly sent and only option available to sent the acknowledgement is to sent the revised return
My questions are?
1. When the original acknowledgement -ITR V is not accepted by CPC then how the original return will be accepted?
2. If revised is sent as per Help centre advise. is there any action can be taken by the department as processing of revised cannot be made before receipt of confirmation of original online return?
