A private company at the AGM held in the year 2014 had appointed a auditor for a period of five years in compliance with Section 139. At the AGM held in the year 2015 the auditor appointment has been confirmed by the members. My query is whether the company is required to file any form with ROC for this purpose. It shall be noted that the company has already filed ADT-1 in the year 2014 for his appointment for five years.
