Conducting of egm and agm on same day
we have an urgent issues to get consent of investtors for approval in AGM . kindly toadvise whether to conduct EGM /AGM in the same day : morning -EGM -- AN : AGM. AS COMPANIES ACT 2013

All the matters which you intend to transact in EGM can be transacted at AGM. Both are Shareholder Meeting.
