Conduct of ca - professional ethics

Dear All,

I have a unique situation

1. 4 people want to form CA firm

2. 3  are CA and One is not CA

3. now they have to create name plate for them

4. 3 CA are telling there could be no other name on the board other Chartered Accountants

4. one non-ca is saying without name on the board people will not come to know that I am also part of the Firm. Hence he requested to put his name as Associate.

Give us the solution considering the Professional Ethics.
