1.Who can done audit of grant-in-AID colleges? An auditor or C&AG? 2. Is it compulsory for grant- in- aid colleges to do audit on regular intervals?

Auditor CA dies the audit of grant in AID college... Audit provisions for these are governed by respective state acts
