You can apply for condonation of delay in filing return u/s. 119(2)(b), even for last 3 years; provided you have any refund claim in each....

When I click on th the following link,,,( mentioned in Dhirajlal Rambhia's post)

I see that there are two options
1. Condonation request for delay in filing ITR V
2. Condonation request for filing time-barred returns
However in my clients case, after log in ..only the first option is seen ... So what does he have to do?
Will he need to go personally to concerned CIT of his jurisdiction and file the Condonation request in writing ?
If so what is the format of application , and where is the concrened Office of CIT in Bangalore at which the Condonation request is to be filed?
Is there any other way to file the Condonation request for No. 2. ( filing time-barred returns ) above > through online mode?
PLEASE REPLY EARLY.

MAY BE FOR YOUR CLIENT THE CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN SEC. 119(2)(B) OF it ACT NOT APPLICABLE...
