Condonation of delay in income tax return for past Teo years

one person needs income tax return of past 3 years for visa purpose. she filed only ay 22-23. previous two years not filed. she doesnt have refund or payable for past two years.
income tax site allows condonation only for delay in sending itr v. no option for delay in return filing.
can you please suggest any other option for filing previous Two years return?

If you can create any tax liability, updated returns for last two years can be filed...

Thnk u fr the reply. that person doesn't have that much income. but will see if possible to create tax liability. if income tax liability creates then how to file return

File ITR of AY 2020-21, & AY 2021-22 as usual, under sec. 139(8a) of IT act. There will be penalty over the tax liability such created, of 25% & 50% interest.

As said earlier, if no tax liability, updated return is not possible to be filed!!!

If VISA is must, tax liability is must...

Creation of tax liability not possibility. What is possible is a seperate file for filing returns of previous two years and updating for the last two years.
Anyways creation of tax liability is a fictitious thing.
