hey, i had taken transfer in january 2012...and now i want to re register my articleship from 14th february 2012 ...form 103 for this, i am submitting now...so along with condonation letter and 300/- DD ...do i have to give some other documents also like attendance records etc..? also pls tell me something abt how to make the condonation letter...
