Condonation for delay in filing Form 10-IF for availing reduced tax @ 22% u/s 115BAD

Whether there is provision/notification for condonation for delay in filing Form 10-IF for availing reduced tax @ 22% under section 115BAD to housing societies. We have filed ITR5 for AY 2022 before 31.07.2022 but mandatory application in Form 10-IF could be filed on 20/08/2022. Can it be condoned? Without this system it is not accepting the revised ITR5.
