ICAI's recent notification on waiving off conondation fees for those who are facing difficulties in various forms execution stand waive off from 1-4-2020 to 28-2-2021,, but I already paid 1000 on January 2021, will they refund, if so how to proceed
If not then what's they mean

They will automatically grant refund to your bank account from which you have paid the fees
