hey....please anybody give me format for condonation letter and is it neccesary to write condonation letter in ca letter pad with the name of ca firm printed at the top.....???
please tell me....

I have registered myself in Professional competence course in year____ vide registration number ____________ in ICAI. At the same time, i have also registered myself for articles training under CA ________________ and started practicing as an articled assistant. Since, the completion date for my articles training was on --/--/2010, but due to certain family reasons and problems, i could not complete it on time. Now, i have completed my articles training by taking some extra time to fulfill all your requirements. Please provide me the Training completion certificate as per your norms. The prescribed fee for delay in filing the form is also attached with this request vide draft no. _______.

No u can write it on a plain paper also but stamp and signature of ur principle along with his membership no. is req.

Hello sir.. i completed my article on 30/01/2017. N delayed in submitting form 108. N I wrote condonation of delay but I wrote this letter​ in the name of deputy secretary, SIRC, the institute of chartered accountants of India Chennai... N made DD above name only. Is it ok or I made mistake? Please help me please
