When you fill like you dont want to study ask youself this question
what is good for me?
what is good for my family?
When you get the answer from you that now studing is good for you and your family, dont give any importance to your filling.
As fillings are temporary bur effect of action is permanent. Its a fight within you.You have to conquer yourself.
Conquer the enemy within you and nothing in the world can stop you.

Hi Vaidehi,
First of all you need to relax a bit. One thing you must know that this is a very common thing...which is faced by almost all the students. It's ok. But yes you can reduce the pain by not overthinking of the issue. I mean to say that, just say to yourself that it's ok if I am not able to concentrate well, somehow I can manage it and gradually you will see a change in your concentration level.
Concentration is such a thing one can not have it at once. When you will relax a bit and gradually deal with distractions, then only over a period of time you can surely get rid of this issue. Focus more on relaxing, worry less about future, worry less about exam and results, just do what you can that is preparation.
Don't rush and panic yourself, I know it is easy to say and hard to do but believe me whatever I am saying worked over me and it can work to you also and to anyone.
Start slowly, try to keep yourself away from negativity, read positive quotes, smile in front of mirror, act positively.
And also if you can specifically explain your problem...I may suggest you accordingly.
All the best.

Hi Vaidehi,
First and the foremost thing to do is relax and stop over thinking.
Follow the following steps and it will surely help you in concertrating.
1. Prepare a plan for the subjects to be covered by May 17.
2. Now just focus on the weekly plan under consideration and divide the same into daily plan.
3. Now for e.g in a day you are supposed to complete 2 chapters of business law. Check the number of pages you need to read e.g 100. Now we use the technology on hand. In any mobile, there is an application for using countdown timer.
Initially set the timer for 15 minutes. Focus just for 15 minutes and take break of 5 minutes and then repeat the same.
Once you get comfortable you can increase the time. Following this trick will gradually increase your level of concentration.
Let me know if you need any other help in this.
