plz could someone tell me the difference between concealment of income and inaccurate details provided by d assessee and also tell me (if possible) the penalty chargable thereof.

Concealment means you intentionally show wrong details ir show less income.
Inaccurate means you bonafidely show wrong details as you are not aware of it.
Inaccurate means you bonafidely show wrong details as you are not aware of it.
but sir in a sense concealment must corresponds to inaccurate details...could you please illustrate with an example?
