our company take services from service provider for data backup, server maintenance, power, sql services internet data we have contract with party for above services so TDS is applicable on above services and which section applicable?

In the case of contract of services , section 194C is applicable and @ 2 % if payment made to company and @ 1% if payment made to individual or HUF is required to be deducted while making payment subject to threshold limit prescribed under section 194C
