22 December 2009A recent Bill passed by the Gujarat Government has made voting cumpulsory for all listed voters in the local elections including Municipal Corporation polls.
This has trigerred a national debate. Should voting be made mandatory ?? Discuss your views here.

Every concept has pros and cons....
But, then, making mandatory is more beneficial.. So, its for the good purpose only
