Compulsory of sip and other training in cs

Hello Sir/Madem

My Question is for all the CS Students who completed there Studies. The SIP and Other training peroids are compulsory to attend? Because i doing a job and not have time to attend this weeekly traning period.

Please help me to understand the importance or any other way for this.:)
