For one of my client, service tax for the 1st half of 2009-10 FY is Rs.10.50 lacs and 2nd half (i.d) march,2010 is Rs.9.30 lacs. Pls. tell me whether compulsary efiling is applicalbe for the hlaf year ending March,2010.
