sir 30 june tak main vat main tha now main compostion schme jana chata hu because meri sale 2500000 thi sir jo old stock pada 30, june tak jo ki maine rigistar dealer se apni he state se purchase kiya hain tho kya muje apne stock per koi tax dena hoga

yes

you have to pay tax under VAT regime itself & not under GST.

Detail of this VAT paid is to be mentioned in CMP-03 Form.

No section, Rule etc for this is mentioned in GST Act.

sir agar main compostion schme me jata hu or jise maine apna maal sale karuga wo bhi compostion me hain tho kya wo muj se bill le sakta h usko koi reserve tak tho nahi lagega

sir mere pass agar jo old stock hain usme peri inpur plus me hain fir bhi muje tax dena hoga

sir agar main vat se gst compostion schme me jata hu or mere pass old stock per input padi hain or jab main old stock ko compostion me sale karuga tho muje sirf 1% tak dena hoga sale per or tho koi tax nahi dena hoga
