Yes it's available for Traders.
Traders dealing in trading of Tobacco Products and Substitutes, Pan Masala and Ice cream is eligible to opt for Composition Scheme u/s 10 of the CGST Act 2017.
Manufacturers of the above said products cannot opt for Composition Scheme. It's restricted by Law.
