Can a builder opt for composition scheme to pay tax @ 6 percent, instead of 1 or 5 or 8 or 12 percent.?
Will he get 1/3 abatement too.?
there is only 2 rate for builder now.

can a civil contractor opt composition scheme @ 3 and @ 3 percent from 01.04.2019??
