Yes ... the Amened Act 31 of 2018 has been Notified by Notification 2/2019 , .. so as in your case (Fresh registration) You can provide services upto 5lac Under the scheme , hence for work contract services being provided by you shall not exceed 5 lac.
Better not to take composition scheme.
