Can I opt for Composition Scheme the nature of Business is resort.

Refer Notification 2/2019 central Tax (Rate) dated 7/3/2019 , check applicable to you or not , it's Composition scheme with 6% GST rate .

Composition scheme for resorts is not beneficial they cannot take input tax credit. Resort entails a huge amount of capital expenditure.As a result of the fact the same is not beneficial. Regular scheme registration is beneficial.
