Yes ..... in term of Sub Section (2A) of Section 10 of CGST Act can opt for alternative Composition scheme. Tax Rate is 6% (3% CGST +3%SGST) of turnover without ITC.

SORRY PANKAJ SIR FORGOT TO INCLUDE THIS HOPE YOU ANSWER MY LAST QUESTION
SUPPOSE CUSTOMER SELECTS 2 CHANNELS
SO BILL IS SET AS DEFAULT SET BY GOVT
130 FOR FREE TO AIR CHANNELS
20 RS NETWORK CAPACITY FEE
PLUS ZEE TV RS 19 + SET MUX RS 17
18 PERCENT TAX ON THIS :-33 RS 48 PAISE
TOTAL BILL COLLECTED :- 219 POINT 48 PAISE
SO I SHOULD PAY COMPOSITION TAX OF 6 % OF 219 .28 PAISE?
THATS IS 13 RS AND 16 PAISE? RIGHT?
NOTE:- 18 % TAX ON CHANNEL AMOUNT RS 19 + 17 THAT IS 6 RS 48 PAISE AND FOR FREE TO AIR OF 130 MSO TAKES 40 SO FOR 40 RS RS.7 AND 20 PAIS IS CUT FROM OUR ACCOUNT WHEN WE RECHARGE MONTHLY PACK OF CUSTOMER!

Yes correct need to charge 6% on 219/- the bill which you raised to customer.
Now what MSO share on this is hardly matter . Deducted amount by MSO , the MSO must be giving bill to you for the same.
