Thanks alot Mr Dhirajlal. Could you please tell me that, if i have a GST no. and i have deposited cash in my account by selling goods to Unregistered Person and he hasn't paid me gst on the supply. so suggest me that should i show B2c sale and pay the gst or i can ignore that cash deposited amount from GST???
Once invoiced then You must pay GST Tax as per Your set off... May be You can prepare Credit Note against the supply and You can reverse the Tax liability...
But my question is i have deposited cash of ₹8000 into my account from an unregistered person and i have not given any invoice to him. As i have not charged GST because he was not ready to pay it so i have not given him invoice and i have deposited his cash receipts into my account, So can i ignore this transaction from Gst

the amount received will be treated as inclusive of gst and likewise you have to calculate your taxable value n pag tax on the same.... you can ignore it straight away but than it will be a evasion of tax. also if you holds a gst no. it is ur responsibilty to issue a taxable invoice in which u should seperately mention the tax amount...
