Composition scheme eligibility

can a composition taxpayer supply inter state outward supply of services(within limit i.e. 10 percent of last year turnover or 5lack which ever is higher)?

NO....

Persons registered under COMPOSITION SCHEME are not allowed to do INTER-STATE OUTWARD SUPPLY by virtue of Section 10(2) of the CGST Act 2017.

why no sirji, as pe 10(2)(c) supplier shall not engage in inter state outward supply of goods. here word in goods but not goods or services or both.
