my client has been registered for service provide in GST. He is servicing provide (tour & travellers) out of India . now he will liable or not for composition sceam

No supplier of services (other than Restaurant service) can opt for the Composition scheme under the GST. So tour and travel service provider cannot opt for the scheme of composition.
