My friend is a retailer of sweets, Samosa, chaat etc. also sells packaged stuffs like Water, chocolates, mixtures etc. Can he register himself in GST composition scheme.?
Yes your friend can opt for Composition Scheme U/s 10 of the CGST Act 2017 if his aggregate turnover is upto Rs. 1.5 crore ( Rs. 75 lakhs incase of Special Category States ).
