Sir, currently im filing normal gst return(T.O less than50lakhs),with renting services rated 18%,12% and exempted room rent below 800 .........
While opting for composition @ 6%...do i need to pay for exempted services too?

Yes, condition no. 6 of notification 2/2019-CT(R) specifically mentions this.

You cannot opt for Composition scheme. As per sub Section (2A) of Section 10 , cannot supply of goods or services which are not leviable to Tax
