IT WAS MISTAKENLY TAKEN A REGULAR GST FROM APRIL 6TH 2019, BUT THEY WANT COMPOSITION, WHEN I TRY TO OPT FOR COMP SCHEME,
"" The facility to Opt-In for Composition Levy (Form GST CMP-02) for Financial Year 2018-19 is disabled for now. ""

Bcoz, The date is expired for opting composition scheme..
In case want composition scheme then you can wait next opportunity on March-20

Yesterday dated for changes in gst rates is mentioned this
"Last date for filing of intimation, in FORM-02 FOR AVAILING THE OPTION OF PAYMENT OF TAX UNDER NOTIFICATION NO.2/2019 DATED 07.03.2019 TO BE EXTED FROM 31.07.2019 TO 30.09.2019: is it true?
