A COMPOSITION DEALER CAN SELL EXEMPTED GOODS OR NOT?
IF NOT , WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR HIS TURNOVER DECLARED ALREADY IN EXEMPTED GOODS.

As per Notification 1/2018 CT :. Yes ,.... he can sell exempted goods & no need to pay turnover gst on same
