If a composition dealer received rent from godown, is he has to
opt out from composition scheme if not than rate of GST on rate ?

Better to Opt Out from composition scheme if The dealer get any service (rent) income...

Yes, a composition dealer has to opt out of composition scheme if he has income from services also.

In the last GST council meeting it was also held that a composition dealer can provide services upto Rs 5,00,000, but notification regarding this has yet to be issued.
