While calculation taxable amount under the scheme we include all taxable supply and exempted supplies and exports.
We also include any inter state supplies to persons with SAME PAN.
But eligibility condition states that Interstate supplies are not allowed at all under Composition Scheme.
Is this self contradictory ??

Calculation of aggregate turnover is for preceding financial year.....but condition of not engaged in inter state outward supplies for current financial year...

Yes , u r right in defining aggregate turnover but not in case of composition because by law in section 10CGST Act the compsition is restrict to outward interstate supplies then how can u include his interstate supply.
