i have purchase some items from person having GST no. in composition scheme.
can i take input of that GST ?

Your query is not cleared...

If the supplier is composition scheme then he can't give Taxable Invoices. He just give "BILL OF SUPPLY" only. It's not taxable...

If you are Composition dealer then You can't avail ITC benefits...
