I have opt for composition scheme on 3rd if nov. my question is "whether I have to file gstr 3b for the month of November

Have you issued any Tax invoice on 1st and 2nd Nov?

For any single month, you can either be regular GST dealer or a composite dealer. You cannot be both for any single month.

You need to file GSTR-4 for November.

GSTR-4 is filed on quarterly basis. Due date is 18th after the end of quarter.
