I m composition dealer. I purchased from URD. My product nill rated.
Papad, chakali etc.

I liable to pay reverse charge?
If yes at what Rate?

RCM is payable only for taxable goods purchase from URD.

No fixed rate. rate will depend on item purchased. 5, 12,18 or 28

Same will apply to both goods and services taken from URD. however supplies worth 5000 per day are exempted
