A composite dealer files quarterly return gstr-4.... but is he liable to pay tax every month...

No The taxable person is required to furnish only one return i.e. GSTR-4 on a quarterly basis and an annual return in FORM GSTR-9A.

He is required to pay tax quarterly. BEfore filing the return.
